1. Acceptance

By creating an account on PUGIZ, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

PUGIZ is a SaaS platform for managing institutions (churches, schools, NGOs, associations, businesses). It enables management of members, attendance, events, communications, donations and subscriptions.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity from your account. You commit to providing accurate information at signup.

4. Acceptable use

You commit not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes

• Send spam or unsolicited communications

• Bypass technical limitations of your plan

• Try to access other institutions' data

• Post hateful, defamatory or pornographic content

5. Subscription and payment

The free trial lasts 5 days without credit card. After that, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are monthly or yearly, charged in advance. No refunds are made during a period.

6. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your admin space. Termination takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept 30 days then deleted.

7. Intellectual property

PUGIZ, its code, design and brand remain the exclusive property of their authors. You retain full ownership of the data you enter.

8. Limitation of liability

PUGIZ is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability. Our liability is capped at the amount paid over the last 12 months.

9. Backups

We perform daily backups, but you are also responsible for keeping your own exports (CSV/PDF) for your archives.

10. Changes to terms

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the client organization is registered. Any dispute related to their execution will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
